Terms and Conditions – JD STATUS Converse and Jordan Boost

The promoter of this offer is JD Sports Fashion plc (company number 1888425) (“JD”). 

• *Offer: All JD STATUS customers will earn 10x JD Cash boost (“Increased Cash Boost”) when you purchase Converse or Jordan products in a participating JD store, online or via the app. The Increased Cash Boost refers to the standard 1% earn rate for JD Cash (percentage of the purchase price of the eligible product). The Increased Cash Boost is instead of the standard 1% earn rate. By way of example, you will earn 10% of the value of the item on any applicable products.
• JD Cash is a cashback value for customers to use against future in-store purchases made in participating JD Stores.
• This Offer is for the United Kingdom only.
• The Offer is valid from 18/09/2024 at 00:00 (UK time) until 02/10/2024 at 23:39 (UK time) (“Offer Period”).
• The Offer is only available to JD STATUS members who have already made their first purchase using JD STATUS and received their 10% Welcome Boost.
• Valid purchases made in a JD store and associated to a JD STATUS account will count towards the Offer. • The Offer can be used on full price and sale items. 
• JD Cash earned will be subject to the normal 7-day pending period for JD Cash, after which it will then be available to use.
• Following the 7-day pending period, JD Cash earned will be subject to the normal 180-day expiry period.
• If you earn the Offer (as applicable) during the Offer Period but then return applicable items, you will not qualify for the Offer (as applicable) and any associated JD Cash credited will be removed.
• The Offer is not exchangeable for cash and is non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• JD reserves the right to (i) cancel this Offer at any time; and/or (ii) amend these terms and conditions. Where possible, JD shall provide reasonable notice of its intention to withdraw the Offer.
