By taking part in the competition you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in the competition. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the current terms and conditions before entering the competition. We, JD Sports Fashion plc ("JD Sports"), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the competition. JD Sports is the promoter of this competition.").
1. What can you win?
There will be 120 pairs of tickets to give away (240 tickets total). The 120 winners will win 2 tickets to one or all of the Stormzy experiences to be held in or around London on or around 8 September 2017 (" Prize"). Winners may be selected to perform at the Stormzy experience, however JD are not obliged to select any winners for this opportunity. Winners are not guaranteed to meet Stormzy. This is a JD only event, and is not affiliated with Stormzy. The Prize cannot be redeemed on-line. The Prize is subject to availability and subject to winner confirmation (i.e. JD Sports has been able to contact the winner and has been able to confirm eligibility). Winners and their guests must bring proof of I-D on the day of the event i.e. driving licence or passport. Winners are not permitted to disclose any information at all about the prize or in relation to the prize on social media or in any other public domain in advance of the prize activity'
JD Sports has the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of JD Sports. If any part of the Prize is not available or claimed (for whatever reason) JD Sports is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
2. What is excluded from not the Prize?
The Prize excludes meals and drinks, upgrades, excursions, attractions, treatments, transfers, travel insurance, personal expenses, and visas (if applicable). The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. It is the winners' responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.
3. Who can enter?
Entrants and Winners guests must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland or Wales at the time of entry. JD Sports reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of JD Sports Fashion Group ( http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx ) its associated companies or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter the competition. JD Sports reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria is met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
4. How to enter
Entrants can enter the competition online via the JDSports website, mobile site, IOS and android app from1st September - 4th September (the " Promotional Period").
To enter the competition, entrants must provide all compulsory information via the data capture for on the relevant channel including a link to their social accounts which must be public. The data capture form can be reached via a banner on each channel. All entrants acknowledge that, on entering the competition, they agree to sign up to receive communications from JD Sports , and that JD Sports may contact them at the email address provided with promotional emails about JD Sports and any of JD Sports' affiliates (please see section 8 below for further details).
Internet service providers' fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition. Participation is limited to one entry per person. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
5. Closing Dates
The closing date for receipt of entries is midnight on the 4th September 2017.
6. How is a winner selected?
The winners will be selected from all valid entries to the competition. The decision of JD Sports is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winners (other than with the winners themselves). The winners will be notified via email, to the email address provided by the winners at the time of entering the competition or by private message on the social media network used at the time of entering, on or before6th September 2017 (the " Confirmation Email"). Winning entrants must then provide confirmation that both themselves and their guest can attend. Winning entrants must provide the name of their guest. A reminder SMS will be sent to the winners at 5pm on or before the 7th September if they have not responded to the confirmation email. In the event a winner does not communicate his/her acceptance by 12pm on the 7th September JD Sports reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the person who the initial Confirmation Email or Private Message was sent to will waive his/her right to the Prize.

7. Winners' Responsibilities
It is the responsibility of the winners to: (i) at all times comply with the terms and conditions stated herein and, in particular, the Online Commencement Date and/or the In-store Commencement Date and the closing dates (as applicable); (ii) adhere to the local laws in the chosen country of destination; (iii) organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including the costs associated with obtaining visas, and adhere to the relevant visa entry requirements; (iv) ensure that they are adequately insured including, without limitation, covering overseas medical costs; (v) ensure that they adhere to the travel itinerary and other relevant instructions as set out by the travel provider; (vi) inform the travel provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner when taking up the Prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines; (vii) take with them a valid credit or debit card with sufficient funds for any security deposit as may be required by the hotel; and (viii) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the travel provider and the hotel. JD Sports will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize. (viiii) winners are not permitted to disclose any information at all about the prize or in relation to the prize on social media or in any other public domain in advance of the prize
The winner and their guest acknowledge that the availability, dates and times of the Prize are determined by the organisers of Prize, over which the Promoter has no control. The Promoter will not be liable in the Promotion that the winner and/or their guest are not available on or around the date and/or time notified to them by the Promoter.
Entry into Prize is subject to its terms and conditions, Promotion regulations and/or eligibility requirements including any stipulation as to the medical condition of participants. The Promoter will not be liable should the winner and/or their guest be refused entry into Prize for non-compliance herewith or for any other reason that can be attributed to the winner and/or his guest.
8. Personal Information
By entering the competition, entrants agree that they will be opted in to receive regular communication fromJD Sports and its affiliates (for a list of JD Sports affiliates who may send marketing communications, please click on this link: http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx ). JD Sports will use personal information which entrants provide, or which JD Sports obtains through its dealings with entrants, to sign entrants up to marketing materials provided by JD Sports and its affiliates and to administer the competition. JD Sports may also use entrants' personal data to tell entrants about JD Sports ( and its affiliates') products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of products and customer relationships. By taking part in the competition, entrants agree to participate in publicity at JD Sports' request if you are the winner of the competition. You agree thatJD Sports (or any third party nominated by JD Sports) may in its sole discretion use the winner's name, image and comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party requests for confirmations of the winner's name and county).
By entering the competition, entrants agree that they will be opted in to receive direct communication from JD in reference to the I AM JD talent search.
JD Sports reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if the winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
